What's normally included

Cheapest months in the UK
November to March: 40–55% cheaper than July/August. April and October are the value sweet spot — campsites still open, weather usually workable, prices around 25–35% off peak.
Scotland-specific notes
Anything covering the NC500 or Skye between mid-June and mid-September books out 6–9 months ahead and prices peak. Shoulder season (May, September) gives you the same scenery with half the traffic and 20% off the headline rate.
