Route advice for guests based near Taunton

Route-wise, my honest advice for guests routing back to Taunton: don't try to do the full NC500 in five days. It's a wonderful road but it punishes tight itineraries. Take a week, add two days, or shorten it — the Highlands are better savoured than sprinted.
